Autism is a disease/disorder but is not a cause of kidney failure or brain cancer. But still we can?t avoid that some people with autism have also kidney failure or brain cancer. The causes of kidney failure are painless inflammation of the kidneys, high blood pressure and diabetes. And on brain cancer, mostly the environmental toxins (for example, chemicals used in oil refineries, embalming chemicals, rubber industry chemicals). Some is caused by cigarette smoking, HIV infection, radiation to the head, genetics, etc.
