The community management team play a critical role at Tempero. They ensure that each of our clients? communities and social media channels are managed to the highest possible standard.

The key role responsibilities are:

  • Set up and implementation of social media management projects with the moderation, engagement and insight teams
  • Overseeing daily community and moderation activity whilst reporting on the key issues that emerge
  • Identifying opportunities for community enhancement that will optimise community management and client satisfaction
  • Engagement across social media platforms on behalf of client including Facebook, Twitter and bespoke communities
  • Creation of compelling content and implementation of content plan
  • Regular client reviews and status meetings
  • Preparation and provision of client activity and platform reports
  • Managing community administration and configuration
  • Providing a ?community synopsis? of the top issues and points of view from management, community moderators and community users
  • Working in partnership with other client agencies ? media, creative and pr.
  • Training & development of new team members. Continuous mentoring and evaluation of existing team to ensure they are working to their best capabilities
  • Working alongside the Account Manager for each client to deliver a thorough and remarkable client service

The successful candidate will be a self starter with proven community management experience across major brands (preferably gaming). They will possess excellent written, communication and presentation skills and be confident in developing content and implementing engagement campaigns. They will have managed a team of moderators across multiple platforms and languages and be comfortable using analytical and reporting tools. Professional, organised, motivated and above all passionate about social media!
