In a profanity-laced phone call from jail, Anthony lashed out at authorities for "blaming me for stuff that I would never do, that I didn't do."
"I got arrested on a f----- whim today," Anthony tells her friend Kristina Chester, according to a recording of the July 16, 2008, call played at Anthony's murder trial Tuesday in Orlando.
Anthony placed the call the day after daughter Caylee was reported missing ? but after the child had not been seen for a month.
Several jurors winced every time Casey used the F-word, the biggest reaction coming when Casey was hearing saying, "Nobody in my family is on my side. ? That's all they care about right now, finding Caylee."
The entire jury stared at Casey; a couple of them seemed to scowl. Casey stared straight forward, not looking at anyone and showing no emotion.
Casey's mother Cindy Anthony kept her head down during the playing of the call, silently crying and wiping her eyes with tissues.
Casey was charged with murder after her daughter's remains were found. Casey's defense contends the child died accidentally by drowning in a pool and that Casey's behavior, including her lies, was due to deep denial.
