Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make Mexican Spicy Corn. It's a very testy and interesting Mexican topping. This home made recipe of Mexican spicy corn is very easy and quick to make. It can be served as starter or snacks. It can be served with nachos chips, crackers, even in chaat basket also.
Preparation time - 5 to 7 minutes
Cooking time - 4 to 5 minutes
Ingredients to make Mexican Spicy Corn:
1 cup boiled sweet corn
1 big onion finely chopped
1/2 capsicum finely chopped
3 to 4 green chillies finely chopped
1/2 tea spoon chilli flacks
1/2 tea spoon oregano
Salt to taste
1 table spoon butter
1 tea spoon powder sugar
1 table spoon finely chopped seedless?tomato
For garnishing:
Finely chopped coriander leaves
To serve with:
salted cookies
Canapes
Method to make Mexican Spicy Corn:
- In a pan heat butter and add onion to it. Cook till?transparent.?
- Now add capsicum and all spices. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add boiled sweet corn and mix well.?
- At last add chopped tomatoes and mix again.
- Transfer in another bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Hot and spicy Mexican Spicy Corn is ready to serve.
