Decatur- Musician Ken Ford will be hosting a bowl a thon to raise money for the Sickle Cell of Georgia.?
Proceeds from this event will benefit the Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia, Inc.?for ?the foundation's summer camp for children who have Sickle Cell Disease (Camp New Hope).? The Camp's mission is to provide a safe, recreational as well as an educational experience.? The campers are provided an opportunity to participate in interactive learning programs in a medically supervised environment.
The bowl-a-thon will be held Saturday, September 24 at the Suburban Lanes bowling center in Decatur GA.
DeKalb County Sheriff Thomas Brown is our event Co-Chair and hosting will be Ken Ford and Comedian Reggie Jackson.?
Music by DJ Webb and perfomance live The Jukebox Band.
